I would like to hold a contest. This is going to get your cameras to working. Bobby and I will judge.
The contest is for the best picture of any of your poultry. It can be a scenery picture, holiday picture, fluffy butt picture. The rules are no people in the pictures allowed. You can submit up to 3 different pictures. It can be of the same bird or birds but they must be different. Mommas with babies, babies, daddy with babies, stuffed animals with poultry, other pets with poultry but there must be poultry in the pictures. Any pic submitted with a person or even a hand will be disqualified.
1st place gets your choice of a silkie in the spring or a dozen silkie eggs from my splash pen and sizzle pen.
2nd place gets 6 silkie eggs
3rd place gets a chicken related prize. I'll have to check my storage to see exactly what it will be. It could be a purse, kitchen towel set or figurine. I'm not sure exactly what all I have left.
This contest ends on feb 1st at midnight so get your cameras out and get to flashing. If your like me you already have tons of pics. The prizes will be shipped to you except if the 1st place winner picks a silkie it will be brought to you at our first swap when it is scheduled unless we work out other arrangements. I will be hatching all winter so you will have many to choose from. I pack eggs very well for shipping.

Only pictures I would have is my birds mud wrestling. Sent from my DROIDX using proboards I know how that is. If I where to try to take any pics now they would look awful. Poor tings are muddy and silkies look pretty pathetic muddy. i'm hoping to get to put sand in my pens and runs this year. That will end the mud issue and them walking in mud.

He's beautiful. I had a Phoenix and his tail feather got to 36 inches long before I stepped on it and pulled it out. It was the last feather. The others got caught on things and pulled out. I didn't have him in the right type of pen to accomodate for the long tail feathers.
