I get mine in a plain brown bag. Just ask them for the food grade. They will know.

I keep layer crumbles with some scratch grains made by Dumor readily available 24/7. I also give scraps of any vegetable and meats as long as they aren't fried. I also will cook rice and mix it with what I may have available at the time. Like applesauce, crushed egg shells, scrambled eggs, canned corn, tuna, raw oatmeal. They love it. I also give them bread, cornbread, biscuits, rolls, loaf bread. Corn on the cob. left over fish.
I haven't found the DE and stopped looking but I need to look again. I hear it's good for about everything. I also got a pair of partridges last weekend and need to provide more protein for them and it sounds like the kelp meal would be good. I need to start a meal worm bed to provide them with the "bugs" they need to eat. I"m sure my other birds would like them as a treet too. The quail and guinea certainly would. I need to get some minnows to toss in the duck pond for a treat.

How about someone in the area that carries a good (corn-free) pigeon mix? (cheaper)
