I couldn't make it. Gavin had a football game and Bobby is still in the hospital. I do have a pullet that hatched on Easter still for sale. She's a red sex link. Should be laying soon and I have a EE cockerel that is free to whoever wants him. I can't do any traveling due to Bobby being in the hospital and kids in school. Bobby will be out of work for a while we expect. The spider bite has eally gone all wrong for him. He has surgery monday. We're hoping the antibiotics are doing their job and he gets to keep his thumb. The infection had gone to his blood but thats cleared up thank goodness.
I have some silkie youngsters i'd like to donate to the St Jude fundraiser when it comes around. They are going to be some very nice looking silkies. There is a partridge, splash and 2 blues. So when the fund raiser comes around I'd appreciate it if somebody would give me a call or PM to let me know where to get them to for the auciton.
Thanks everybody

Do they have cages to keep them in till they're auctioned off? I'll try for friday also. Bobby will hopefully be out of the hospital by wednesday if all goes well with the surgery tomorrow.

I dont think they have any cages to hold them in, but if u will let me know how many your bringing and what time i'll try to have some extra cages there for them to put them in. KAthey usually drops the cages off at my house after the event is over.

I can leave the cages I bring them in and just get them from you if thats fine with you. I'll have the 2 that I posted in the thread titled Donations for St Jude and I'll have 4 silkies that are living together in a pen now so they will be fine in a cage together as will the other 2 older ones. So only 2 cages will be needed. I'll put feed and water cups in them too so that won't need to be provided. Just somebody to tend to them till they're sold.
We plan to head that way after we drop the kids off at school which will be around 8:00. Bobby says it'll take us 45 minutes or less to get there.
If it helps the sale of the silkies they are from SQ stock. The younger 3 are from Bobbi Porto's birds that I bought. Same hen that produced the little cockerel that Trinity entered in the show and got 2nd place.

We got ours last night but they're easy to catch. I sent Gavin in and he just grabbed them and handed them to me. I got them there this morning. I left 2 cages and a tarp. Kathy said she'll bring them back to me when she comes out in a couple weeks to test my birds. I'm due in Oct. We may make it out tomorrow after Gavins game. I"m not sure. We have all 3 boys this weekend. It would be a good place for them to run off some energy.
