What do you mean by weep? Is it leaking or is the chick making noise? What day are the eggs on? What set up are you using ie: a box or aquarium or plastic tote.
The temp needs to be 99.5 if you can get it to be stable. I've incubated at 101 and still had chicks hatch. You also need to get the humidity up to at least 50%. You'll need to keep a cover over whatever you have them in to keep the temp and humidity right. I've never used anything other than an incubator or a hen so I'm not alot of help but if you can come up with something that will work temporarily maybe they will hatch. If you have anybody near with an incubator it would be alot better or somebody's broody.

The egg was seeping liquid through its pores.,but only one.I have them in bottom part of pet taxi,no top because all I have is a heat lamp.but I have now managed to get 5 healthy babies.lucky I guess.spray bottle with water once or twice a day,and just going by touch to feel how warm they are.I kinda had ideal buy feeling the eggs under the one broody I had left.again,I guess I got lucky.

We all knows what happens when there are temp issues.
