Sorry, not me. As far as I know Ivomec is for livestock. maybe somebody will chime in later. I imagine most people are outside. It's a beautiful day.

When I worm my dogs I use the stuff from the vet. I can get a small bottle of it for about $7 and it goes a long way. It may not with your dog since it's probably pretty big. You can also over your dog with sevin dust to get the fleas off. What I do to rid mine of fleas is give them a bath using Dawn dish liquid. It kills fleas on contact. IDK if it does anything to kill ticks but if you bathe your dog using dawn dish liquid then when it dries dust it down real good it should keep any ticks off of it. You may have to pull off any that are already on it before you dust it down. When bathing it you will be able to find the ticks and pull them off then.
I always bathe my chickens in Dawn too. It kills the bugs they get too including lice. I always bathe them every week for about 3 weeks after that to kill any bugs that may have hatched that I may have missed. I don't wast their face with the dawn because it will burn their eyes. I use baby shampoo. If the chicken or dog is a light color I wash again with whitening shampoo. I was told it is save to use Blueing that is used on laundry to brighten their feathers or fur. I also have used Shout on the stains on feathers on their bumm and under their beak and also used peroxide on the feathers on the feet and bumm of chickens. You can do the same for dogs just don't get it in their eyes.
I hope this helps. I noticed that nobody chimed in to give you advice. I've never used Ivomec to worm anything. I use Wazine for the chickens and it has worked fine for me, and for the dogs I use the pink liquid from the vet. The vet also has a pill you can give your dog that will kill any fleas and ticks that are on your dog. It don't last long. Just long enough to be able to wash the dead blood suckers off and the next day use frontline or advantage or any of those kinds of repellents. I've only heard of one death to a dog from that pill and it was a very small dog. Yours probably isn't. I've used that pill myself. It's not cheap nor is the pill for tape worms. You can put Garlic in your dogs food also to worm. I was also told it works on chickens.

If you look at the packaging for Wazine you will see that they tell you never to eat the eggs after using the stuff. I have heard of people using Ivermectin but never could find out how much to use. The stuff from the vet is expensive. Honestly since I have had chickens I don't have much trouble with fleas or ticks..maybe one tick a season.
