Gavin and one of his friends "found" 2 young doves. They have their feathers except for their heads. I used to raise white doves but that was 20+ years ago and I don't remember if they feed themselves or if momma would still feed them. I've had them for 3 days and they are still doing fine it seems. I put chick starter in a dish and water in a chick waterer. I'm thinking I fed the ones I used to have Cockatiel feed. But I'm not sure. It's been so long but I think they grow pretty fast like cortunix do but any input would be helpful. I'll Google it too but thought somebody here might know faster
Sooooo... does anybody know what I need to feed them. I figure if they where gonna die they would be looking bad by now but I want them to have the right food.

I bought them some canary food and they are eating much better. I had chick starter in their food bowl for lack of anything else to give them. But the site says canary food so thats what I got. Their beaks are too soft to hull other seeds. I will be letting them go when they get bigger.
