He is just a baby and will continue to grow and fill out for another year. Also, the smartest and most affection chicken I ever met. (that just sounds so wrong!)

Herb, That is wrong on so many levels...LOL...just kidding. I had to go there, right? No, he is beautiful for sure. And I have some of my flock I am very fond of more than others. Most of my pullets think I am the Rooster, as when I reach out to pet them or pick them up, they will crouch down like the rooster is about to do his "duty" then after petting them or rubbing their backs they fluff up and shake their feathers like after they have been with a rooster. THAT IS WRONG on so many levels!!!
I want to see your little man when he is all grown up now so keep us posted!

I have high hopes for this one. FYI he isn't crowing yet- still a baby. I am trying to teach him English as that's the only foreign language I know.
