Is anybody interested in forming a club co-op. We could network and find deals and do bulk buys and save some money.
For example- how many of us use feed/water cups? How much did you pay last time?

Well Herb i been pondering the idea for awhile myself. i have been wondering what type of feed have yall been using. I myself use dumar but i know others use perina and other stuff. If we can get a idea of what everyone is interested in we can contact companies and buy this stuff in bulk. Your right it will save us a lot of money.

I would be interested but the drive alone just to come and get what I need wouldn't save me a dime. I'm about an hour from Jackson.

Would anyone be interested in getting a day old chick order together from a hatchery, now or maybe in the spring? I have a few specific breeds I would like to order but I personally don't want 25.
Tim- feel free to move this wherever it should go. Seemed like it went along with the co-op buying theme.
Herb- I would be interested in going in on future orders.

I use Purina Layena, but I'm not opposed to trying something else. DuMOR is a quality brand as well.

I use Prime Quality pellets, but I'd be open to changing if the price was right. Just make sure the protein is high enough. If it's less than 16%, it's not worth the lower price. I just paid over $10 for a 50 # bag, so I would be very interested.
