Welcome sunflowerenvy. This is a good site...lots of good people, and lots of knowledge. If you have questions (or answers!), feel free to chime in.
I just went through a year of tending a mother with a form of alzheimers. It can be very tough at times. At those times that it seemed to be too much to handle, I would stop and think of the many years she took care of me...now it was pay-back time. Just think of all of the times in your life that you caused her grief. The shoe is on the other foot now. The care she gets at home with loved ones is far superior to what she would receive in a "home". Good luck.
