I know you enjoy your life and the farm look good. Don't you like the blogspot.com ease of posting, etc.? I have been on that site for a while now and enjoy the experience. I have made up business cards, hats, etc., from my blogging experiences. Enjoy...

Now that i'll be able to increase my flock I may need to have other resources to sell eggs and birds. Would a blog be a good place to do that. I don't think I could do a website.

How big is Hornbeak? Lots of traffic on a main highway, etc.? Mike This road goes from Troy all the way to TIptonville and it goes right along Reelfoot Lake. Alot of people travel this road. Hornbeak isn't very big at all but there is more country. We're right on the county line and about 3 or 5 minutes from the city limits from Hormbeak and 5 miles from Troy city limits.

Thanks to all who visited. I will be posting more pics soon. I do have the black copper marans. Not sure what I will do with them mine are still young, born end of May. I know I will be selling fertile eggs. One of the little stinkers is a proud little rooster and is trying to figure out the crowing bit. He sounds like a young boy who's voice is changing. Very Very cute. These are good birds from the Bev Davis line. I am axiously awaiting the eggs so I can see how dark they are. I will probably start breeding to the darkest eggs. This is quite exciting. Yes I know it must not take much to excite me but all you chicky fanatics understand I am sure!!
