Be sure to use caution when buying and bringing home new birds. quarantine your birds 3 to 4 weeks down wind of your current birds. Feathers and/or dander from an infected bird can be blown to your healthy birds infecting them. Even show caution when buying from people you know. When coming home from a breeders farm or being near them change clothes and bleach shoes before going near you pens. Your birds deserve it. If you have or think you might have a sick bird don't sell it or any other bird until they are all cleared and there is no question about if they are not completely healthy. Thanks Timothy

Good advice. Yoiu never know what might be lurking out there. Sometimes the seller doesn't even know. If you plan to sell irds, make sue you keep them in the best possible health you can.
