If you had a cabinet bator that has an electronic thermostat you can have it outside. The thermostat will keep the bator at the right temperature. You will have to watch the humidity, but as long as you put the cabinet in a shed or garage it will be fine.
There are preset thermostats or ones you set yourself. YOu can buy one ffor around $80 to $100. That I know of anyway.

If she will not let you have it on the inside of the house then take the back seat out of her vehicle to put it in there if you have a shed then use it i use my shop/barn to hatch in in the summer and the front porch in the winter thanks james

Sounds like you may need to hook up with a member with broody hens. I have 2 marans hatching chicks now. Most likely more will start next month. I'll let you know when I get one and if you want,I'll pop your eggs under her.

The Hovobator is much better on holding temps and humidity. The LG's need a babysitter.
