Does anybody have any ring neck pheasant hatching eggs they would like to trade for silkie eggs? Right now I have a dozen and and I would add anymore I get. They are from 2 pens. My white pen has 2 white hens and 2 lav splash hens (which are broody now) and a white roo. There are a couple from the bbs pen but the blue and splash hens are broody too. The only one layng from that pen is the black hen and she's with a grey roo. They have produced some solid black offspring. I have them here.
They are good quality birds. black skin, 5 toes, nice top notch. The black hen and grey roo are real poofy. Several of the chicks turned out with very nice toe separation. Very few didn't have tight wings.
That is if anybody is interested in showing. If not then they are real purdy.
I am NPIP certified #322 and I will ship these. There have been good hatch rates even though the eggs I have swapped where shipped. Everybody that got eggs usually got 6 eggs and at least 4 hatched and many with vaulted skulls.
If interested email me at emvickrey@yahoo.com I can mail out monday. I won't be home in time tomorrow. Going to the auction to sell some chicks and partridge silkie cockereals.
